Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Return Process

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Ship the items back to us at your expense unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
